    they are there, just covered in body fat. Lower your body fat and they will become visible

    But seriously, you can't spot reduce. At your low bf % you would prob have to follow a routine like this, but it's a temporary thing for a specific event rather than something you can maintain long term.

    Even so, if you're newish to exercise, then just keep doing what you're doing.
