    RESPECT!!!!!!!

one day i hope to do this too

A half year ago ( almost) i started to lose weight.
I couldnt walk a half mile without being out of breath, heart racing etc.

Now 177 days later i can jog for 20 to 30 minutes
Walk 3.5 mile in about an hour ( and do the jog in those minutes when my knee is up to it)

But really running a 5K is still long away.
I so admire the people who made it to that point. And i will get there some day too :)

for now lost 85 pounds and the jogging is getting easier...slowly but every little step is one towards my goal to run a 5K some day too.
