Comments/Successes/Challenges: Weight loss appears to have slowed down a bit but that might partly be water retention as my exhausted quads attempt to repair themselves. I have walked over 30 kilometers in the past two days.

Struggles or successes of your week: Weight loss has slowed down a bit. Changed from NEAT to TDEE method and not eating back calories. Seems to be working well and back to a steady loss each day now. As of 4/22 I'm at 185.8 with 3 cardio and 3 strength days per week.0 -
