Tracking workouts

I had a great idea on how to "journal" my workouts. I found an app on my droid phone. When you get done with a workout especially on a cardio machine, put the info down. Its better than taking a notebook with you, and its handy for when transfering to here.

Just thought I would share.

    I downloaded the Simple Notebook. There a lot of different ones on there. Just pick one you like.

    Thanks Chris. It comes in really handy since I have the BodyMedia Fit w display. I can keep track of each thing I do so I can post it on here.

    Also to keep track of food you eat during the day when you can't log right then.

    do you have the MyFitness Pal ap?? I log it directly into that. Super cool!

    Yes I do. But if I'm at the gym and wanting to do it quickly, its really easy. Don't have to look anything up.

    Interesting, I feel like journaling on the MFP app is really quick though!
