Next time, do your stretches before and after. Sorry, that's all I've got for sympathy. Gently stretch it out. Be kind.

I think a foam roller is the best $10 I've ever spent in my life. I've used it every day for the past 5 years or so. It's helped my posture and muscles. Don't underestimate it.

A little bit of ibuprofen and moving around always fixes it for me.

    Water
    Foam Roller
    Hot bath with epsom salts
    Stretching
    And ibuprofen

ETA: massage is great, but expect to be sore after that too, especially if you've been working hard. My back/arms are still sore from my massage on Monday evening.

Nothing like some muscle relaxers, a bottle of wine, and a nice hot bath.

Massage sounds so good but I don't know if I could even handle one at this point.

I have two, the one I use the most is about 5 or 6" diameter. They should sell them in the yoga section of most stores that sell yoga stuff.

Is it smart to push through the pain and workout today or let my muscles rest. I'm just so motivated... I actually kinda like the pain but not really, if that makes sense lol

If you're THAT sore but still want to move, do some yoga or a nice long walk.

Well by pushing through the pain if that means go about your life as you normally would...yes. if you are asking should you work out those body parts again while in doms. no.
