Hi I am in!!! I am Renee. I am 220 and I want to lose 25 lbs by the end of June! I hadn't been under 200 in 15 years! I am over it!!! Got my calories at 1600 per day go to the gym 3x weekly does the calories sound right? Thanks! Happy losing!0

I started at 223 around the beginning of Feb/ end of Jan. ..Down to 202 last week..Great Job EVERYONE!!! Weight has always been my biggest issue and as I have gotten older harder to loose..I love My Fitnesspal..Good luck on the goal!! I would love to be a part of the support team!!0

I'm right with you all! Been struggling since Sept/October to get back under the 200 mark. I started trying to eat better and exercise in Jan but I can't seem to get below 209:/

At my highest weight I was 280lbs, went down to. 150 but of course over two years of bad habits again .. Weighing myself after Christmas I was 205lbs opened my eyes once again..since then I've lost 20lbs and I'm back to onederland! You can do it!! Anyone feel free to add me any support would be great!!0

I am totally in for this too! Started at 227 currently at 217. Will be under 200 by June despite by body's desire to hold on to every oz LOL! I work out A lot so somethings gonna happen soon...0

I'm totally in do this. I started at 400+ and am now at 225. I got down to 199 and shot back up after I lost my best friend. Trying to get back down again because I know my friend would be so mad if she thought she caused me to gain weight.
Don't mean to be a Debbie Downer, I'm in for this challenge.

Thanks Robertus. I have had 4 big toe surgeries in 2 years and my feet are great now, had toe fusion for arthritis. Just was a long time out of my good habits!!! I am hopeful now that spring is here I can get back into my habits. Juicing got me started last time so getting out the ole juicer this week.

Yeah, cerals are tough. They seem to be fairly calorie dense (at least the ones I like) and not that filling so I end up eating a lot. You can't really eliminate it from the house since your kids eat it. Sounds like you may just need to give it up 'cold turkey', which may be very hard at first, but it does get easier as time goes by, fairly quickly actually. That's what I did. Smaller portions were just not satisfying enough for me. I find that if I never have that first piece of Halloween or Easter candy, after a day or two, it is easier and easier to avoid altogether. After about a week, I'm so proud of myself, it isn't even difficult. But if I have one piece, pretty soon I'm eating all the kids candy at night when they're asleep.0
