Eh, crap happens.
Eat your dinner, log it, and log your exercise. If you go over a bit today, it won't effect your weight loss too much. Just work hard to not let today spiral into weeks or months of the same thing.0 -

I agree with the others, don't stress yourself about it. I also like to keep note of what is going on in my day at the time in case there are patterns in my emotions, TOM, etc. that may need some tweaking, this can take some time to find and then develop different habits to deal with those moments.0
