New to fitness pal not new to dieting and struggling to exercise. Carbs hate me !

The app has been helpful to me. .. I just started blogging about 2 weeks ago, I started a workout regimen and have adjusted my diet as well, but the app really helps keep me accountable. The only thing is that you can't tell yourself oh I don't have to put that in the app. You have to log everything and I suggest logging exercise if you do it. It takes calories off. No cheating :-)0
