    SQUATS and more squats, also deadlifts. I use dumbells or a bar (kettleball works well for deadlifts). While i'm doing the deadlifts I don't feel it all that much, until the next day I can barely get down to sit in the car. So i highly recommend those!

    Good mornings also. Squats with heavy weight, not just body ones.

    Glute bridges with weight - they are the devil but so so worth it when cant sit well after, they really have helped along with squats to lift my bum :-)
