    and this stupid article/site does NOT explain how a 900-1100 DEFICIT a day for a YEAR will not lose a person serious weight…..because we are not "bunsen burners", firing up the fat…
    your age, meds, stress, health issues, sleep apnea ALL can keep you from losing at ALL..esp. if you starve yourself. women are built to SPARE fat, and NOT lose any in times of crisis, which is what a low cal diet is…to keep the species going you will keep fat on until it feels "safe"..so a 1200 cal will stall you, while a 1500 cal diet may allow easy loss. CICO only works in lab…on machines, not on complex humans with a myriad of issues.

    I thought you would be asking. A calorie is a measurement of energy that is emitted from something when it is torched.
