I have never tried to "hit a record" but I tend to do a hundred a day without any trouble or soreness.

1 is all that really matters anyway.

    so I'm gonna say 1.

    most I"ve ever done was 20 @ 175. I wanted to die.

    Ugh, I hate high rep squats; it's a mental thing. And I can't even imagine 20 @ 175...

i do 8 with the bar to warm up and a few more sets of 5 as i work up in weight, after that its either speed sets of 3 or heavy singles. I wont do high rep, that hurts my knees just to think about. And i don't like cardio, anything more than 3 is cardio to me.

geeze JoRocka, 20 at 175? my heart and lungs would explode.

I sometimes do 48 but not with heavy weight. Something more like 35# goblet squats.

At the time it was all I was doing- the 20 rep squat rep breathing program. Subtract 90 pounds off your 1 RMP. 6 week program- use that starting weight (it's insanely light)- and then every time you come in (3x a week) add 5 pounds. squat 20 times.
    Supine pull overs
    Stiff leg DL

there were like 6 exercises I think- but all you did was come in and squat. Seriously- worst psychological grinder EVER.

First I have to do it. Haven't successfully squatted more then 122.5 in 14 months, and haven't done 140 in 18. But my coaches believe I can and therefore I will.

With no weight, i've done at most 190/day. With barbell, my max so far 3x5 at 115 lbs

Most I have done rep wise so far was 20 but at a lighter weight, think it was 95. It was during AMRAP at end of stage 1 in NROLFW. After rep 10 for squat and deadlift the mentality for me is kind of "why am i still on the same set, ugh."

3 reps at 165 for max weight thus far.

I've never actually tried to see how many squats I could do without weight.

Today was 5 sets of 5 reps with 85lbs on my back.

Three sets of fifteen with my body weight. And darn proud of it.

No idea. I've done 50 in a day and didn't feel it a bit the next day. Never tried any more.

I have problems with knee, so they're pretty uncomfortable to begin with. I'm not about to add more weight to that.

    I can do 1 at my 1RPM.

without weights I can do 50 in a row. So between 1 and 50.

With two warm up sets of 10 and 8, and then a 5 x 5, I'm at 43. I stop then because I've done what I was there to do and to do more makes no sense.

I've done Crossfit WODs with rounds for time with 75 air squats (bodyweight) as one of the exercises. Again, since it was for time, it didn't make sense to do any more.

ETA, my 1RM is in the 300 - 315 range (it has been a while since I maxed out).
