Okay, just a few things that I want to point out.
1. Going over on fat, carbs, or sugar shouldn't impact your weight loss as long you you're within your calorie goals. So this may not be something you need to worry about too much.
2. MFP's sugar goal is notoriously low. Many of us don't worry about staying within their guidelines. I don't know your particular needs, but again, this may not be something you need to worry about.
3. Fat is good for you. Don't worry too much about going over.
4. If your carbs and fat are too high then the only answer is that you aren't getting enough protein. Protein is important. It helps to keep you full and helps you retain lean muscle mass while you're losing. Look for foods high in protein (lean cuts of meat, fish, dairy, Greek yogurt, protein powder, eggs, etc).

So you would say eating all my calories us more important? Do you eat all your calories everyday? This does help, thank you0

As long as you are not weight lifting, feeling hungry or have health issues, how your calories are made up isn't really that important. MFP already tracks total carbs so I see no need to track sugar unless you are diabetic or have a specific health issue. Change your diary to reflect something more meaningful, like calcium or iron.
The fact that you aren't eating your allotted calories is more of a concern. I can't see your diary, so I can't offer any specifics, but I'll give you some general advice. Don't eat low or non-fat food items. Other than dairy, most foods are made lower fat by adding sugar and other things to replace the flavor. There's really nothing wrong with fats. It's been proven that eating fat doesn't make you fat.
I agree, if you're over on fats and carbs then you're skimping on the protein. Another easy way to add calories and protein without eating much more is to have a protein shake. Otherwise, add more meat and fish to your diet by simply upping the portion sizes.0 -

I do think it's important to get enough calories, but I don't know a lot about your stats and goals. Generally speaking, I usually try to be within 100-200 calories of my goal (and sometimes I go a little over - it balances out).
Calories are king when it comes to weight loss or gain. They're also really great for energy, mood, and how well you stick to your diet. Your macro nutrients (fat, protein, and carbs) can help with a lot of things (health, hunger, mood, etc) but there are a ton of different ways to set those depending on your personal needs and preferences. MFP gives you one suggestion, but it's okay to adjust those to suit your needs (assuming that you're still getting adequate nutrition, of course).
