How do you exercise?

Hi I am thinking of trying a knew way to exercise and was wondering what you do to exercise so please comment on what you think I should try out because I don't really do much and I want to do more exercise.

    Run, cycle, swim?

    Depends on what motivates you and what you enjoy. Some people enjoy those, others enjoy resistance training yet more enjoy prancig around in front of a DVD player.

    Lately I've just been turning on some music and dancing my butt off! So now I'm thinking about taking some dance classes like Zumba or Jazzercise. But I also walk for 30 minutes every single day.

    My schedule is pretty much this:

    Every day of the week with one rest day: Calisthenics like lunges, squats, sit-ups, crunches, etc.

    ~4 times a week: Cardio of some kind, usually some 20-40 minutes of stationary bicycle.

    ~4 times a week: Strength training: a bicep/chest/shoulder day, a tricep/back day, an ab/hamstring day, a quad/calf day
