Hi, everyone

I am new. I just signed up three weeks ago and have already lost 3.7 lbs. I would like to lose more per week. I just want and need to get the weight off quickly for my health. I am in need of losing at least 150 lbs, but I am aiming for 200. I would like to lose 2 to 3 lbs a week and just focus on weight loss for the next year. My life is pitiful and I hardly ever do anything. I am so bored. I do have a family, but I need to be healthy to give my husband and son a life. I look forward to getting to know people.
