Help with Motivation

Hi there
I've started today and kept putting it off!!
I have nearly 2 stond to lose and my profile picture is an old one from before I put all the weight on, i have a big problem with not eating then bingeing at night especially as I have an 18 month old so going to the gym is impossible

Not sure about impassible but I know it can be hard. Some things my wife use to do is walk while pushing a stroller, forgo nap times when baby slept and to cardio, and played on the floor or bed with baby alot. It all adds up. Alot of the times, slowly, but still adds. Most importantly it also shows baby that activity is playful fun and important. That will hopefully instill a sense of worth in baby and initiate a trigger about fitness.
I know ita hard being a parent and trying to find time for yourself to be fit. Just keep at it. Even if you fall behind or quit. Get back to it and eventually it will fall into place but it will never be easy. Just easier. Good luck. And welcome to MFP. I'm new as well.0
