Well usually I do cardio 3-5 days a week (elliptical at home), some strength training 3 days a week and walk my dog most days. I started with 1200 cal a day and now I'm at 1500, lots of veggies and cook everyday so I can eat really healthy which I think it was what helped me lose all that weight relatively fast (from January 2015)

I guess I didn't notice because I don't own an scale and don't weight myself often so in my mind I was the same as always :) Thanks!

Where'd your back go? And ditto the butt comments...fantastic progress! Your exercise also shows as you are curvy and firm!

During my journey through weight loss and in talking to others on their journey, I have found that we are our worst critics. It takes alot to convince ourselves that we are making progress dispite what we hear from others, but it sure feels good when we can see it and feel it ourselves. So oober proud of you. KEEP ROCKIN!!!

Totally agree, we are our worst critics and that can keep us from enjoying the results of our efforts.

I'll keep it up! Thanks ;)

Thanks! I started eating less and using MFP back in January but started exercising in November, so around 5 months :)

I'd say around 5 months; I've been exercising since November and eating less since January :)
