LOST 9 DAYS OF DATA

Please can someone tell me why I lost 9 days of data, and how I can prevent it from happening again.

  You should open a Case with Customer Support on the MFP Help pages...

  That is incorrect. Both the Food Diary and Exercise Diary will not be affected whether or not you click "Complete This Entry."
