I started July 7th, 2014. I was 219.5, which a 5"7" was a lot. I just stuck with it, and wighed in a week ago at 160, which I figure to be an ideal weight. My wife is doing it and has lost weight every time she weighs in. My son has done the same. I would say that no matter how much you've lost when you weigh, and there was a few time I had gained when I weighed, that you don't get discouraged and don't quit. If you follow the guidelines, it works.
