What do you usually use to motivate you? If you're looking for friends to motivate you then please add me. I will however expect the same in return. :)

OK, so you are lacking motivation, Don't we all at various points? It can last for a day, a week, a month, months, years!!!
Mine lasted 3 years, I was so unmotivated I conveniently ignored I was gaining weight like it was a competition,,,,,,I have ended up 30lbs over and probably a few more that I never quite got round to......which was a shame, cos I was only about 5 lbs if that from my holy grail goal.

The very fact you are here, means you getting geared up to get your motivation going again.
Maybe a mini goal would be a start and the reminder that really, you don't want to add any more to your 'need to lose' list.......?

My motivation was the latter, hit 50 in the worst shape of my life,,,,,,still took till now to begin but hopefully, 51 won't see me saying the same thing and regretting letting the time pass,,,,,,

    Motivation doesn't last, habits do.

BUt you need motivation to change your habits to lifestyle ones, in the first place. So, motivation first, then hopefully habits follow....??????

If you are lacking motivation try revisiting why you started this journey in the first place. Go beyond the usual " I want to lose weight" find a real reason, one that has an emotional pull for you and let that push you. Or you can do what I do, take a picture of yourself in a swimsuit and pin it on the mirror so you see it everyday. Thats usually enough to get me moving again lol

You can look at it that way. But the point i am making is you can be motivated or not, doesn't matter. What matters is actions, actions are what produce results. Some of the leanest people i know, sometimes tell me they're not motivated to go to the gym or whatever. But they still go.

Agree. But something motivated them to get their *kitten* in the gym in the first place........?
