My start off!

I can admit I am 275 pounds. I do want to lose 100 pounds! I know it's not going to be easy but I will try to do it little by little. I am going to try to have a low calorie diet. Drink as much water as I can and also work out every day or even every other day. We will see how it goes! (:

    I'm right there with you girl!! We can do this!! I've found that I just eat way smaller portions of food. I've always been an emotional eater and I'm now learning how to quit doing that. I just this week started "running" with the C25K app. We shall see how it goes!! You can add me if you'd like!!
