Help ! Needing to keep motivated

Help please. I've lost 5 kg over 8 weeks. Another 5 to go. Am so good during the week then comes the weekend. Over do the wine

  • The weekend is the hardest. My downfall on the weekends are stupid dunkn donuts coffee at 288+calories. I had an easier time quiting smoking! Its a new week. I try to remind myself how great it feels being thin. Good luck to you!

Don`t be sad about that, just keep going to your goal, nothing bad if you had a bit of wine..so did I yesterday blush: About motivation..I can advise you a great book by Gillian Riley "Eating Less: Say Goodbye to Overeating" I can strongly motivate you not to over do with food.. I read it twice..now reading to refresh things in memory)) Good luck!

    Try to read about empty calories and remember all the work you did to lose 5kg already, you don't want to put that to waste. You are almost 1 size less!
