    I had some pretty great "crab" salad over spinach with yellow & red cherry tomatoes, followed by a peanut butter brownie a couple hours later. I'd been hesitant to try the fake crab meat from the grocery store, but now I don't know why -- it's delicious!

    mini cheese & onion quiches (140 calories per quiche), salad, a go ahead yogurt break and a diet coke. 462 calories :)

    I'm having 4oz. baked chicken that I seasoned with Mrs. Dash onion and herbs, smoked paprika and dill, some cauliflower fried rice, a spinach salad with fat-free balsamic dressing, 3oz. sweet potatoes, and a bunch of banana peppers ('cause I LOVE banana peppers with my meals).

    Chicken sandwich with a little cheddar and some greens and spicy mustard. I have a boat load of veggies as well and some other random snacks to round out the day.

    I usually have a huge garden salad with some kind of protein and 1/2 an avocado but my avocados aren't ripe and I was home too late last night to get my salad prepped.
