148 gram yam, 1 light swiss cheese laughing cow wedge, and 1 chicken, spinach, asiago sausage. Yum!0

a salad... consisting of: field greens, baby spinach, 2 tablespoons of crushed walnuts, grape tomatoes, a piece of cheddar cheese, a boiled egg and about 100 grams of roasted boneless, skinless chicken breast with 2 tablespoons of sundried tomato vinaigrette. daytime food is fuel... why would I deviate? of course I do sometimes... but if it stays the same then it's one less thing I need to worry about0

I had some pretty great "crab" salad over spinach with yellow & red cherry tomatoes, followed by a peanut butter brownie a couple hours later. I'd been hesitant to try the fake crab meat from the grocery store, but now I don't know why -- it's delicious!0

I'm having 4oz. baked chicken that I seasoned with Mrs. Dash onion and herbs, smoked paprika and dill, some cauliflower fried rice, a spinach salad with fat-free balsamic dressing, 3oz. sweet potatoes, and a bunch of banana peppers ('cause I LOVE banana peppers with my meals).0

Chicken sandwich with a little cheddar and some greens and spicy mustard. I have a boat load of veggies as well and some other random snacks to round out the day.
I usually have a huge garden salad with some kind of protein and 1/2 an avocado but my avocados aren't ripe and I was home too late last night to get my salad prepped.0 -
