    In need of fun, motivated health and fitness buddies. Have dabbled with MFP for a few years but a run of unlucky incidents involving my health have set me back. I've been working hard to shed the fat and add some lovely lean muscle and improve my overall fitness and health. I'm just prone to making the odd bad decision which prevents seeing much progress. There is progress, just nowhere near as much as I'd like.
