100 Pounds Down!

After almost three years, I'm officially down 100 pounds as of a couple days ago (that's an old transformation picture and I'm 5"9' by the way)! I still sometimes can't even believe that woman on the left was me. Keep grinding to those of you who are still trying to reach that goal weight. If I can do it, so can you! Thanks to MyFitnessPal and so many of its users for the support they provided to me along the way. :):)

    Congrats! You look awesome! Do you mind if I ask, did your skin tighten up as you lost weight? I'm about a third of the way to my 114 lb weight loss goal, and I'm so afraid my skin is not going to bounce back. Everyone says because I'm so young, it will, but I've seen others and that's not always the case.

    Can you give us some details about your journey. What was your weight loss weekly goal for calories? Did you look at other things besides calories like fat and carbs? Did you save up calories for special occasions? What did you workouts look like and did you eat back those calories? Sorry lots of questions lol
