i just ate a bowl of ice cream, chopped a fiber 1 brownie over it, added chopped walnuts and chocolate syrup over it. is there anything like this in this challenge?0

I looked at it, it looks fine. It seems properly priced compared to other diet programs I have seen. I do not do diet programs though.0

Here is my weight graph from Jan. 19 to today and I eat ice cream every single day. I know it's not a huge loss (7 lbs at my lowest, have some water weight right now), averages a smidgen over 0.5 lb loss per week, but this is what I chose to do
