Hey Everyone I'm starting to feel discouraged about my weight loss goals I'm letting my mind say sweets and soda are ok and I know there not. My goal is to lose 60 pounds and I'm very far from that goal I'm wanting to get to a healthy weight and get my BMI at a healthy range as well. My husband is also wanting to get in shape as well so I have the support from him as well. I'm starting a video I found on Youtube called Fitness Blender and will also be doing my walking as well so I hope to see some results in a Couple of months. Please feel free to add me as a friend and we can support each other

Everyone gets discouraged from time to time and that is fine. And we all cheat from time to time. The key is to focus on your goal and to make this transition to a healthy lifestyle seem natural. It may take a while but if you keep it up everything will work out in the end.

  • I'm feeling the same way! U hurt my foot and. the only exercise I liked to do was Zumba, but my doctor said its hurting me to much because of my weight. And I can't go back until I lose some more weight. She suggested walking but that is boring to me. I'm trying to change my thinking about it, but it is hard.
