im back at where I started 4 weeks ago! And I don't know what to do. I run 30 + miles a week squat everyday and do strength training exercises 2-3 times a week. I've been going to bed slightly hungry each day except for last Monday and Saturday, where I overate. I don't have much weight to lose, but I figured I'd lose or at least notice something different at this point. I just need people's advice on sticking with it I guess.

When you don't have much to lose, it takes longer.
Are you weighing all your solids and measuring your caloric liquids and logging everyday?
If you really and truly are doing this then perhaps you need to increase your deficit a bit.

You might be gaining muscle w the strength training. So you might not see a change in the scale. Pay attention how your clothes feel, maybe you are more toned then you think. ;)

The closer you are to goal, you must really try to be precise with weighing and measuring and logging accurately because there's little room for error. You could completely wipe out your deficit with a few weighing or logging errors. So tighten up your weighing and logging and you should be fine.

It is hard enough for people to build muscle in a calorie surplus, so it would be extremely hard (and not likely) that that is happening. Chances are it is a logging issue.

All I can say is that if I do't weigh/measure my food, I overeat. I think I'm eating O.K., but then when I weigh/measure I see that I've been really off-target in portion control. Even the little things add up, like cream in my coffee and "tastes" here and there while cooking, etc.
