The only way I can think of to do it is not a way I recommend - the Gastroenteritis Diet.

5kg is almost 39,000 calories she would have to not eat at all and burn some more through excersise which would probably put her in the hospital

I'm pretty sure he was being sarcastic...

@psulemon treadmill and join belly dance class :)

It will probably be beneficial if you would start weight training. That will help with some body composition and improve your overall look.

You are 5' 110lbs your TDEE is 1600 I would say start eating at 1100 and you'll lose the weight in about 2 1/2 months.

I don't think you should be encouraging the OP to lose weight, especially not at the rate of 1lb per week.

I wasn't encouraging her to do anything. I had stated previously that that wasn't safe and then agreed with someone who said that losing more weight would put make her underweight but there's different body types for all and I don't know what she looks like or if she could stand to lose more weight I just gave her a safe way to achieve that.

PS thanks for the flag whoever did that lol although I did nothing but repeatedly tell her it wasn't safe

Yeah, I agree with everyone. You don't need to lose any more weight, you need to lose your extra *kitten* holes! Want a confidence boost? Post a pic of yourself looking all cutsie in a bikini. You'll get all kinds of comments, and I'm betting that not one of them would be hurtful. If there's still something you wanna change, start weight training. You won't lose more weight (possibly even gain some), but you will tone.
Most people say things like that because they feel bad about themselves and are jealous of what you look like. Just take it as a compliment next time that they wanna be you because THEY are the fat ones!

The only weight you need to lose is the dead weight calling you fat.

If you want to increase muscle, start doing Stronglifts 5x5. Do things that make you happy, not other people.

But you did actually say that she could lose 1lb per week eating 1100 cals. I don't think that is particularly safe.
