I don't think you should be encouraging the OP to lose weight, especially not at the rate of 1lb per week.
I wasn't encouraging her to do anything. I had stated previously that that wasn't safe and then agreed with someone who said that losing more weight would put make her underweight but there's different body types for all and I don't know what she looks like or if she could stand to lose more weight I just gave her a safe way to achieve that.
PS thanks for the flag whoever did that lol although I did nothing but repeatedly tell her it wasn't safe0 -
Hahaha oh I couldn't tell0 -
Yeah, I agree with everyone. You don't need to lose any more weight, you need to lose your extra *kitten* holes! Want a confidence boost? Post a pic of yourself looking all cutsie in a bikini. You'll get all kinds of comments, and I'm betting that not one of them would be hurtful. If there's still something you wanna change, start weight training. You won't lose more weight (possibly even gain some), but you will tone.
Most people say things like that because they feel bad about themselves and are jealous of what you look like. Just take it as a compliment next time that they wanna be you because THEY are the fat ones!0 -
The only weight you need to lose is the dead weight calling you fat.
If you want to increase muscle, start doing Stronglifts 5x5. Do things that make you happy, not other people.0 -

But you did actually say that she could lose 1lb per week eating 1100 cals. I don't think that is particularly safe.0
