Dessertaholics group members required:

OK, so I have a sweet tooth. I know I am not alone. Rather than try to eliminate desserts, which I know is unsustainable for me, I propose to allow myself (and you, if you accept my challenge) a sweet dessert on Friday and Saturday nights provided that:
1. I stayed within my calorie goal for Sunday to Thursday combined
2. I stay within my calorie goal for Friday and Saturday
3. I have a moderate sized portion of my precious dessert

Last week, my poison of choice was Chocolate Cheesecake. A small 2"x2" square of it satisfied me oh so much.

Add me as a friend if you think you can hack these requirements of the desertaholics group and let's keep each other honest!

    I fit dessert into my calories almost every single day :)

    Almost? I have dessert every day, even during comp prep for a bodybuilding show :p

    I'd happily skip any meal for dessert :p No dinner last Friday to have a 1/4 red fruits strudel, soooo worth it
