Hi everyone

Hi all,
I'm fairly new to MFP. I have been a member since April. My goal is to lose 15 lbs. So far since I have started I have lost 5lbs. Some days I'm on the wagon and other days I'm not as much. But I have really learned about calorie counting. Before this app I was eating way more than I needed. It's all about making smarter choices. I look forward to meeting new people in this community.
