    anyone can add me.. I have been with MFP for over 2 years.. I did great and then allowed myself to get off track and put back on 10 lbs. Wasn't happy and got myself back on an am super happy with where I am and happy to have all MFP friends...They are the best.

    Greetings MFP pals!

    I've had an account here for a while but didn't really use it.
    I've recently become more active on a day to day basis and so started using MFP along with Fitbit and C25K and I'm starting to see results (slowly) in week 3 - 4.

    I'd like to connect with similar people for motivation, knowledge and support on this journey.

    I started tracking a little over three months ago and have lost 38 pounds so far! I am on my second week of C25K so hopefully that helps with the next 42 pounds and to ready me for my spartan race in July. Feel free to add me!

    Let's be honest here I am addicted to food. My memories are based on where I had a certain meal.
    I had a lap band to help me gain control six years ago. I lost 80. But over the last year or so I gained back twenty.
    I would love friends for motivation and also to see your diary. I want to find other ideas for food so I dont get bored with food and go camp out at taco bell.
