How do you stay on track? i've been trying to loose weight since July and so far I've done quite well but lately it's gotten much harder and I'm finding it difficult to keep going. What keeps you on point?

    By reviewing my goals and commitments daily, being connected to good fitness role models via social media for inspiration and by going to the gym first thing at the morning to start my day right. Hope this helps!

    Having friends to support you, and if you see them struggling or want to make changes, don't be afraid to mention yours. A workout partner is the best thing in the world and if you guys both screw up doing an exercise it's fun to laugh together.
