Welcome @thamerralghamdi! Glad to have you here. Feel free to friend me (I went from 120kg to 63kg). I know it's hard- but it's worth it!

Hey. I'm 160kgs at the moment, so I can really relate to how you must feel within yourself. I'm new to all of this myself. Let's be friends & try to motivate each other :-)

Good for you man, apathy goes hand in hand with obesity so by having the means to combat it and you'll make progress. Not all at once and not always noticeable, but progress none the less.

I started this because after I broke my back I gained about 75 pounds im 6ft tall and was 257 it was putting alot of pressure on my spine and I was In constant pain and the depression soon followed. I felt like just giving up, so my mission is to lose the 75 pounds I have gained the problem I am having is my core is extremely weak so I have started very slow working on my core and some weight lifting. I started walking every other day now Im walking 2 miles a day and have lost 30 pounds in the last two months I have a long way to go but I see light at the end of the tunnel And this hopelessness is starting to go away with it.
