Fitbit or jawbone up??

I have the fitbit charge hr
I love it! But u gotta get the hr the cheaper ones don't calculate heart rate . :-)0 -

I have the fit. One tip I learned is when you get it, put the Fitbit on your none dominant hand, but in the settings say it's your dominant hand. Reason for this is these items, Fitbit, jawbone they are not as accurate as say your phone in your pocket as it will pick up movements and count it as steps.

Huh??? No no no
Fitbit suggests your non-dominant hand, but you can select your dominant hand. If you do this, it takes into account the increased movement.
Both of these will be far more accurate than your phone in your pocket.0 -
