Hey dudes, just wondering...
You know how you get extra calories added on to your daily allowance for doing exercise, are you supposed to use them?
Please help!

It's suggested that you eat 1/2 of the calories you 'earn' through exercise - I personally edit the 'calories burned' part by typing where it says How Long?: ___ how much I did, then changing the next box Calories Burned: ___ to half of whatever it estimates.
I'd change the calories to 141 and then in my food diary I can just eat all of the calories it says I have.0 -

she is right
judge it against your weight loss over the next 6-8 weeks, if you're dropping more than your goal you can eat more of them0 -
Thankyou so much guys!! That's a great help. I turned off the app that counts my steps because I don't think it's accurate so I just manually enter any work outs that I do and try not to use all of the extra calories.0

I use a fitbit and I use the estimated calories, Whichever one I feel is correct is the one I use. I actually use all the amounts instead of cutting it in half as the gentleman suggests, but I never eat all of the allotted amounts of calories. For instance, one day I bowled and I walked, I had 500 calories left over. I did not plan that I was just full. Yesterday I only had 133 calories left. I just make sure I am full.0

I wont take offence but I was the one suggesting half and I'm definitely not a gent, nor is @rabbitjb as far as I'm aware! I'm glad to say I've never been called that in person at least, had a good laugh at that!0
