Ok? I'm not a huge fan of fried fish. I prefer grilled or poached.

I like my fried fish with chips. And squid rings. Usually not for breakfast though.

Quinoa, flaxseed, chia, and usually grits. Banana on the side. Sometimes oatmeal and fruit.

I've started doing my own take on Bircher muesli.
50g muesli, soak in orange juice overnight (enough to cover), then in the morning stir in a few tablespoons of low fat Greek yogurt and some fresh fruit.
Wonderfully balanced, fills you up til late lunch, and I find makes me feel just super all day. Soaking the muesli makes it tastier, softer, and breaks it down to more digestible form.
Absolutely fabulous... I never snack when I've had this and tend to be more positive all day.

I'm really into egg salad on toast topped with avocado these days. Yum!

Oatmeal with 1/4 scoop of chocolate whey protein, flaxseed, almond milk. And about 4 egg whites seasoned with garlic and onion powder and a tiny bit of nutritional yeast.

    Depends...

Workout days: Protein shake (8 oz. 1% Milk, 1/2 cup Plain greek yogurt, 1 scoop epiq isolate, 1 cup frozen mixed fruit (pineapple, mango strawberries), 1 tsp. chia seeds)

Non workout days: Oatmeal with cinnamon and a little bit of maple syrup...or I go HAM on some pancakes
