hey all!
Been doing planks and when I do the plank using my right arm, I don't make it much for than 30 sec before. My arm goes numb and tingles... Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks!

Honestly, I'd ask your doctor/a neurologist.

Numbness on one side of the body is disconcerting.

Call your dr. If it is the arm going numb and tingling down to the fingers, it could be a tendon.

    Possible compression of a nerve?

Agree here. I have sciatica on my left side and if I sit too long, my left leg starts to numb up.
Same with my hands when I hold the steering wheel too long without releasing. Like on long drives.
