Hi there:happy:

Welcome to the "10 Squat Per Bathroom Trip" Game!!!!!!!!!!!

Drink up that water and do a minimum of 10 Squats each bathroom break!

Also do a 10-20 count of Stand Up Crunches on each side!!!

    I used to do this during commercial breaks, but with crunches and jumprope. It's a good challenge, and it keeps you hydrated. I'm up for it!

    This is actually the advice my physical therapist gave me when my low back was out of whack-- so much of that pain was related to other areas being weak.

    awww good one I love it...and Im having a smart one for dinner so 4 minutes of jumping jacks holy moly...great idea and Im sure my son will love to join me on this when we make popcorn on the weekend:happy:

    What I used to do was do 10 pushups and 10 quick crunches before every meal, right after I got out of basic training in 1995 (U.S. Army veteran; 1995-2001). I had myself do these before I ate a meal or a snack. It was a discipline that I had for a great 6 years. Thinking about doing it again, for old time sake, before every meal.

    Started today... we should keep a running total-- Starting Monday and add everyone's up to see how many squats and side cruchs we MFP's did!
