    Hi, I'm from England too. I'm 44 and have 2 kids. My son who is 12, has autism and learning delay, then I have a daughter who's nearly 3. I lost 70 a couple of years ago and have kept it off, so am right on the cusp of normal bmi. I love to exercise, and know I need to keep fit and healthy to keep up with my kids.

    Yep, I'm gonna be 50 on May 16th and I can't seem to lose this weight, in the past I have been very active but lately I'm a slug and my clothing size keeps growing...soon I'm just going to wear a moo moo.
