I consider myself a very adventurous eater, and I love trying new things, especially when traveling. But I have to admit, asians are on a whole nother level. They are ******* hardcore eaters. I am fascinated by the stuff they eat.

You could retitle this West Indians Eat Weird Things and me and my fam could slide right on into this video, lol. A lot of the same foods. My group of friends is crazy diverse and we will eat almost anything if it smells good. I personally draw the line at tripe, but other than that pass the dim sum/chicken feet/neck/kimchi/fried octopus balls/whatever else an Asian has cooked because they know what they are DOING with food. I always figure it's a poor people thing- when your culture has a lot of poverty, your people find ways of making things richer communities have never had to eat (because they could afford better cuts of meat or kinds of fish) taste amazing.

I may have spent part of that video distracted by the women in it...

Some of the food looked interesting. I don't eat much of it but there is an "asian" market and it's called that, but it's hard when you can't tell what the label says. lol

Though weird is relative. Pretty sure plenty of people think rocky mountain oysters are weird and I know some who find sushi too weird. Varies.

Westerners eat blue cheese. That's right: they take the mammary secretions of a bovine, add some goo that comes from the critter 's stomach lining and let it curdle. Then they stash it in a cave until it grows mold. Talk about one weird cuisine! :)

You do know why fog comes down in Daly City at about 5pm? Because all the Asians are getting home and turning on their rice cookers!!!
