Amount of time between upping calories?

so I wanted to slowly start upping my calories to reach maintenance, but I honestly feel like I need a lot more right now. I was at 1200 and moved to 1320. That's about 1 lbs weight loss a week. If I move to .5 though it jumps to over 1500 Cals. I feel like I shouldn't make that drastic of a change but a girls gotta eat! I also have a little bit more fat to loose but I've decided to soley focus on strength training. Im 5'5" 118lbs. Any advice?

Eat more and keep training. Your intuition is steering you right.
