Goal achieved and surpassed

In 12 months I lost 5 stones (70 pounds) thanks to my fitness pal combined with increased exercise, gym attendance 1 hour per day and swimming 40 minutes 5 days a week, walking 4 miles a day twice a week. The Hairy Dieters cookbooks became my food bible for their very tasty and filling recipes. I found that factoring in a home made treat, eg pice of fruit cake, every day whilst staying within my allotted calories helped me to stay on track. Hence I have gone down 5 dress size. So come on everyone, it can be done.
