Hi!
My doc wants me on a low carb diet but I can't adjust my nutrition pie chart accordingly? Also, how on earth do I add people to my friends list on here?
I'm clueless! lol. Ty!

Hi:
Welcome to MFP.
MFP app nutrition chart is reactive. It reflects what you log in. If you wish to show lower carbs at the nutrition chart, you need to log in lower carbs first.
Good luck in your healthy journey0 -

I would be careful with this because MFP's calorie calculator is off. They claim to use Mifflin but I actually did the math using that method and saw that MFP was overstating my calories by 105-150 calories a day0 -

I'd like to know why my exercise calorie burns are going down. Is it because I'm losing some weight? I always do the exact same exercise so why would the burn be less? Also learning how to use this app... Didn't know how to post a question. So following this thread hoping to catch a few comments about the app0

"We calculate your exercise calories using your profile statistics, and exercise effort values knows as "METs." Because your specific statistics are part of the equation, your calories burned will vary if you gain or lose weight, and will be different from other users of the site. (If your exercise calories have changed dramatically, please see this article for some troubleshooting steps)"
