Yum, yum, yum! Can wait to try it. I see that you eat with your eyes first too! Here's mine. It's sub made with a cucumber as the roll. I eat this a lot. I mix goat or cream cheese with herbs and spices, use lean meats and lots of other veggies. Then my "fries" are mango and avocado spears. There's no real recipe because the possibilities are endless.

This particular one has cream cheese mixed with a little really sharp cheddar, spiced sea salt, pepper. and the scooped out cucumber seeds; basil and baby spinach leaves, and a slice each of deli ham, turkey, and roast beef. I cut the cucumber down the middle (scooped out the seeds for the cream cheese mixture), then filled the scooped out part with cream cheese then layered the meats and greens.0

That sounds very good! I'm going to try that next time.0 -
Not new to most, but my usual canned salmon recipe is using un-drained salmon,an egg white, cracker crumbs a tsp or 2 of yellow mustard, tsp of dried dill. Sometimes add 1/4 C of mayo or ranch dressing........in place of egg white. It's all good.
PS Is there a recipe for the Asian inspired creation?0 -
