I just made this and it's my new favorite thing ever:

Combine in a food processor (or maybe a blender?) -
2 c. frozen, unsweetened strawberries
1 med. banana
2 Tbs. unsalted, natural peanut butter
1/2 c. plain, nonfat yogurt

Serves two, 230ish cal.s each. A decent alternative to ice cream, and definitely helps with the ol' sweet tooth. :)

(*edit - I'd messed up on the cal.s, to our advantage)

That sounds really good. I wonder if there is an alternative to the yogart because I can't eat dairy.

Momma- maybe you can use soy yogurt. I don't eat dairy either.

I have this smoothie, sans PB, every morning for breakfast. Adding the PB sounds like a fantastic idea! Thanks for that!

    Almond butter works well, too!
