Hi all, after such a rubbish year which saw my father pass away I managed to pile on so much weight. Food is my comfort blanket and security when times are stressful, emotional and difficult. Hoping to find a way out of this body I am trapped in and be the person I dream of.
Good luck everyone!!

I lost my parents about a year apart. We had family members who really got ugly about the settling of their estate. I really fell apart after that and reverted to stress eating. Before I knew it I had put back on a lot of weight but am still a little over 100 pounds lighter than I was when I started my journey. You can do this. We can do this. I've lost 17 pounds and have 43 to go to get to my happy weight. I took my skinny jeans and attached them to the ceiling over my bed. Now every night when I go to sleep it's the last thing I see before I fall asleep and the first thing I see when I wake up. It's a real motivational tool!0
