GOOD DRINKING

I find that my drinking habits have changed quite a lot in recent years and I would like to say that my favourite tipple of the moment is the following. I use a 1.5litre jug and put in a few slices of peeled fresh ginger, 2-3 slices of lemon, a squeeze of honey, 2 green tea bags and top it up with boiling water. When cool it goes into the fridge and I generally drink the whole jug during the day. Great with ice or room temperature or warmed up. It is refreshing, warming, cleansing - all good things and really makes a change from water which I drink but not normally with great relish!! I am sure lots of you drink something like this. I drink very little alcohol these days. Maybe a wee whisky in winter in the evening - maybe and the very odd glass of wine. Sounds boring?? Maybe, but the truth is I feel better for it. Try the ginger drink. Cheers!!
