Weight Loss. That's what's helped my lower ab c-section pouch. I run and cycle and lift heavy. The only abs I do are planks.

I like vertical knee raises and leg raises. But it is the diet and fat loss that will take care of that pouch. ☺️

Lifting, calorie deficit, and time. That's what is helping mine. I don't do anything specifically to target my abs.

Calorie deficit is key to losing fat. Strength training, planks, mountain climbers, and high knee type exercises with help you to build up strength in your abdominal muscles.

However, I wish to also mention that proper hydration and using lotions with AHA can help the skin to repair itself over time. Between having babies and c-sections your skin could use a little special treatment.

Thanks everyone. I know that it will take overall body fat loss to get this to shrink! I was just looking for the exercises to add to my full body workout! :-)

I know you can't spot reduce, but I'm tightening my mummy pouch from pilates, especially with bridges, table-top leg toe taps thingies, hundreds etc
Actually, pilates is awesome for just about everything. Mr 2 helps by jumping on my stomach half way through lol
