So at my highest weight I was a 38 G and my lowest 146 a DD. I've lost about 19lbs but it seems most of its from my breast. It seems like for the first time in my life my stomach sticks out past my boobs. When will my stomach start slimming down? Do you think its possible at my goal weight of 130 I will go below a D cup? I know it sounds silly but my boobs have become part of my identity and I'm terrified to lose them. Gahh. Anyways any ladies with similar breast size and weight loss goals, I'm 5'1starting weight 198 goal weight 130

I wish I had that problem. I'm starting at a C cup and every other time I've lost weight my boobs go first.0

Two threads in two days with this tit title. What are the chances?0

Keep doing what you're doing and it will come. Unfortunately, we don't get to pick where it comes from, but your back will thank you!0

Everyone loses weight differently, but you might get an idea for how you'll look if you take a look at your female relatives and see what body shapes they have.
From my mom's side - she and one other sister have a bit more up top, the other 2 sisters have very small breasts.
After having 3 kids my mom ended up having reduction surgery since hers were causing her pain.
What this tells me is I am "doomed" to have fairly large breasts, even though I will probably be small everywhere else.
Sigh.

Oh god I'd love to lose some boob. I mean, belly and thighs, too, but some boob for sure. Actually, I don't know that I want to lose the boob, so much as lose the skin that contains that boob, because it has decided gravity is stronger than skin tissue. Fracking gravity. I wish weight loss could give me a lift. That would be AWESOME!0

So if you lose the skin that contains the boob what will contain the boob? I'll hang up now so I can listen to your answer.0 -

I've seen stories of people who's weight loss actually resulted in firmer breast. Well strength training anyway, lots of pec exercises which I try to squeeze in!0 -

Less skin, resulting in perkier breasts? I'm not a plastic surgeon, though.0 -

No? But if you need one Bruce Jenner can give you a recommendation.0 -

BAHAHAHA. I don't know if I'm quite impressed enough yet. Give it a few more years and procedures and I'll decide if I need a consult! LOL0 -

But also, yeah, a breast lift is essentially cutting out the extra skin and supporting tissue and sewing everything up a little higher.0 -
While I understand your concern and alarm, don't worry. You are much more than a set of good boobs. NEVER forget that.
There are tons of people with physical disabilities, abnormalities and illness who would love to have your "problem". You'll get accustomed to your new body. Enjoy it!0 -

Thanks, You're right! The weight loss is worth the risk0 -
I'm actually desperately trying to lose weight in the boob area. much cheaper than a full removal. hopefully they'll get smaller and i'll be less annoyed with them.0

My boobs have always been bigger. Was 34g at 185 lbs, now at 154 lbs (14 lbs off goal weight) they are 32f and I'm now a pear shape. I lift and do cardio (no running due to an injury) the weight has come from areas I didn't expect it. Be happy you are doing well and getting fitter. Embrace your new shape :-D0

When I was smaller I was a C cup - now I'm a DD. I'm hoping for that C cup again - hello lots of pretty bras to choose from! I'm only 9 pounds in from 70 or so - so we'll see.0
-
Always had a large cup size generally a DD. Went up to a J and now an H hoping to shrink back to a DD.0
-
So we have very similar measurements. I'm 5'2" and started at 190. I'm now 161 and my boobs are the same size. However, before I gained the weight, my boobs were pretty big, a D at least, so I figure that when I get to my goal, around 30 more pounds, I'll probably be the same size. Most of my family have fairly large breasts. I'm probably doomed. If you lose all yours, you can take some of mine0

When I was younger and slimmer I was lucky if I could fill a 34b, I put weight on and went up as far as a 38C. I've yo-yoed for a few years but I'm now down to 152lbs from a high of 186lbs and as far as I'm concerned as flat chested as when I was younger. I went to get fitted for wedding underwear yesterday and I'm now a 32E-I nearly died of shock at both the cup size and the price of bras at that size. I was hoping not to lose any more weight off my chest but I think it will be better for my bank balance if I do!!0

My band size is shrinking, sadly, my boobs are pretty stubborn.0

Yes, as a family, we are large busted. My sister had a boob reduction and she has managed to stay around a 36" bra. However my cousin (on female side) also had a boob reduction and she has put on so much weight that hers are now huge. It seems to be in the genes. But I keep my fingers crossed that they will reduce in size as I lose weight.0

I'm so hoping my boobs go down! I'm a 38 g and my bras fit me exactly the same as they did 74 lbs ago. I have another 50 odd to lose though so hopefully they go down then. I'm also now realising that things are harder to fit as my waist gets tiny and my rack stays big. Trying to find a bathing suit that is suitable for athletic wear, and fits my body and boobs is tricky at the moment. The best one I've found makes me feel like I'm in Baywatch with all the cleavage lol.0

Ha, jokes on you all, my boobs were so small to begin with that my body has no choice but to remove fat from other places!
.. *sobs quitely*0 -
i started at a 44DD, am a 38F right now.
until i stop losing weight though, ive opted for little almost like preteen 'trainer' bras. that way im not having to buy more every month LOL
i do have to buy new sports bras every month or so though (cant get away from that one)0 -

I was beyond a 46 J (the cup was way too small. Had a difficult time finding bras that fit) when I first started. I have lost a lot of boobage, but they're still huge, but they are quite saggy .
I honestly don't know my current size because I've been stuffing them into sports bras, but my stomach does stick out past them now. Maybe once I get to the healthy weight range I'll see some improvement in my breast to waist ratio.0
